Who are these materials intended for?
Peptagen materials are intended exclusively for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption.
How do complimentary vials work?
Your first free vial unlocks at $200 in paid merchandise before discounts. At $350 you earn two, and at $500 you earn three. Select available compounds and sizes in your cart. Maximum three per order; solution products and accessories are excluded.
Can I view pricing for a sold-out size?
Yes. Select any listed size to view its price. Sold-out sizes cannot be added to the cart; you can submit a restock request for review.
Where can I find the COA?
Use the COA control on a product page or visit the documentation library. Published certificates will appear alongside their reference material and lot. Use the request form if a certificate is not yet listed.
Which emails will I receive?
Account verification, password recovery, and order confirmations. Admin sign-in also requires two emailed codes. Tracking details are available in your account.
